Lightning Reflexes build based on another player's idea of a Batman build with some tweaks of my own of Batman's martial skills and tech/gadgets. Showing that Lightning Reflexes doesn't need Bountiful Chi Resurgence (or any heal) for most normal content in the game contrary to the belief of some. It's not the power, it's the build that supports it and the player running it. So what's the complaint now? First it needed BCR, I said I'd show otherwise, you said I'd use another heal.
